Many Listing Expectations are given from every agent. (FMLS/MLS listing). They are not an added value and you can get this from any agent. My job is to provide you with value and be here for you every step of the way.

- Open Houses by Me or another BHHS Agent when unavailable
- Management of all Showings through Showingtime and Me
- Assessments weekly providing comments from clients on your home, suggestions,
- pricing strategies, listing strategies, changes to photos, updates to listing. Weekly!
- Remarketing to prospective buyers on social media and other digital platforms
- One-on-One contact with Agents that show your home, round the clock service by me
- and response to all agents, buyers and vendors (if needed for repairs).
